Reflex Sim Racing is a sim racing team that was originally founded on Gran Turismo Sport in 2018. The team's founders, Jack C, Jarrod M., and Kyle S., decided to take the next step in sim racing in January 2020 and join iRacing. Along with them came other ARL members to help grow what was to become Reflex Sim Racing.

The team's first event on iRacing was the 2020 Le Mans 24 Hours, where they finished 18th in a Ferrari. Although this was not a podium finish, it ignited a spark that is still going today. Since then, the team has grown to run 2-3 teams per special event/endurance race, taking an overall win in the 2021 Daytona 24H, 2022 Watkins 6H, 2023 Watkins 6H and multiple VRS endurance wins in 21-22.

Reflex Sim Racing is a team of dedicated sim racers who are always looking to improve their skills and compete at the highest level. They are a great example of how sim racing can be a gateway to real-world racing, and they are sure to continue to achieve great things in the future.
