About Us:
Reflex Sim Racing, established in 2018, began as a Gran Turismo Sport team before transitioning to iRacing in January 2020. Founded by Jack C., Jarrod M., and Kyle S., the team's initial foray into iRacing was the 2020 Le Mans 24 Hours, resulting in an 18th-place finish with a Ferrari. This marked the beginning of their enduring journey. Today, the team participates in 2-3 teams per special event, achieving significant wins such as the 2021 Daytona 24H, 2022 and 2023 Watkins 6H, as well as multiple VRS endurance victories in 2021 and 2022.

Requirements:

iRating of 1300 or above
Safety rating of B 3.0 or above
Consistent lap times and a competitive racing history in official iRacing series.

Willingness to commit to team practice sessions and events.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.

A positive and sportsmanlike attitude both on and off the track.
